Football Manager 2024 hits a series record 7 million players

Football Manager 2024 has become the most-played title in the long-running series’ history.

The 20th release in the franchise, which is developed by Sports Interactive and published by parent company Sega, hit seven million players earlier this week.

It took less than 100 days to reach the milestone, which saw it surpass the previous record of 6.88 million players set by its predecessor.

#FM24 is the most played version of @footballmanager ever – beating our previous record in less than 100 days.

We have also this week passed 7m players for the first time in the series’ history!
