Microsoft has announced February’s Xbox Live Games with Gold titles.
On Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be able to download Gears 5 (normally $31.99/£27.99) and Resident Evil (normally $19.99/£15.99) for free throughout February.
Dandara: Trials of Fear Edition (normally $14.99/£11.99) will then be available as a free download from February 16 to March 15.
Indiana Jones and the Emperor’s Tomb (normally $9.99/£9.19) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members from February 1-15.
And from February 16 until the end of the month, Lost Planet 2 (normally $19.99/£14.99) will be free to download.
As part of January’s Games with Gold line-up, members can download Little Nightmares and Breakdown for free until the end of this month, while Dead Rising is available until February 15.
Microsoft confirmed on Friday that it is increasing the price of Xbox Live Gold by 50% for a six-month subscription.
Going forward, Xbox Live Gold’s new pricing will be one month for $10.99, three months for $29.99 and six months for $59.99, or the local market equivalent.
The price changes represent a $1 increase for a one-month Gold membership, a $5 increase for a three-month membership and a $20 increase for a six-month membership.
The USD price for an annual Xbox Live Gold subscription has effectively double compared to 2020 pricing, when a 12-month Gold subscription cost $60 before Microsoft stopped selling annual memberships.
