February’s PlayStation Plus games are now available to claim
Including OlliOlli World, Mafia Definitive Edition, Evil Dead: The Game and Destiny 2: Beyond Light
Sony Interactive Entertainment has begun rolling out the first of February 2023’s PlayStation Plus games.
Confirming an earlier leak, Sony recently announced that February’s PlayStation Plus Essential games are OlliOlli World (PS5/PS4), Mafia Definitive Edition (PS4), Evil Dead: The Game (PS5/PS4) and Destiny 2: Beyond Light (PS5/PS4 DLC).
These titles are available for subscribers to claim until March 6.
Essential is the entry-level PlayStation Plus membership tier, which offers subscribers access to a few ‘free’ games every month.
Players can continue to play these games even after they’re no longer available to claim at the end of the monthly period if they continue to subscribe to PlayStation Plus Essential (or a higher tier).
Once their membership ends, they’ll no longer be able to play these games unless they resubscribe.
Subscribers to the Extra and Premium tiers of PlayStation Plus also receive access to a library of downloadable PS4 and PS5 titles.
January’s Game Catalog additions included Back 4 Blood, Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition, Life is Strange, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Jett: The Far Shore, and Just Cause 4 Reloaded.
PlayStation Plus Premium also offers members a selection of PS1, PS2 and PSP games to download, and PS3 games via cloud streaming.
January’s additions to the Classics Catalog were Syphon Filter 3 (PS1), Star Wars Demolition (PS1) and Hot Shots Golf 2 (PS1).
Sony announced last week that the PlayStation Plus Collection will be pulled in May. Launched in 2020, the collection includes 19 PS4 games which PlayStation Plus subscribers can claim and play on PS5 at no extra charge.
