February’s PlayStation Plus games are Control Ultimate Edition, Destruction AllStars and Concrete Genie
They will replace Maneater, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Greedfall
Control: Ultimate Edition, Destruction AllStars and Concrete Genie are February 2020’s PlayStation Plus games, Sony has announced.
Remedy’s Control: Ultimate Edition (PS5 and PS4) and Sony’s Concrete Genie (PS4) will be available on PlayStation Plus until March 1, while Sony’s Destruction AllStars (PS5) will be available until April 5.
Control Ultimate Edition, which includes the base game plus all post-release content, is currently available for last-gen consoles and PC, but doesn’t hit next-gen systems until February, so it’s a high-profile ‘new’ release for Sony’s subscription service.
Destruction AllStars, which was originally planned as a full-price PS5 launch game before a delay, is developed by Lucid Games, which previously worked on titles including Need for Speed Payback and Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions.
The vehicle-based combat game features a roster of 16 heroes competing to be crowned the Global Destruction Federation Champion, each with their own signature vehicle and special abilities.
Developed by Entwined studio Pixelopus and released in October 2019, Concrete Genie stars lonely protagonist Ash, who’s tasked with bringing polluted seaside town Denska back to life with a magic paintbrush.
January’s PlayStation Plus games, which are available until February 1, are Maneater for PS5 and Rise of the Tomb Raider and Greedfall for PS4.
