February’s new Game Pass titles include Final Fantasy XII and The Falconeer
Plus Jurassic World Evolution and more
Microsoft has detailed the next wave of titles coming to Xbox Game Pass for console, PC and Android.
Most notably, Xbox Series X/S launch game The Falconeer will be made available on the platform starting on February 4, ahead of Frontier’s Jurassic World Evolution on February 11 and Bethesda’s Wolfenstein: Youngblood on the same day.
Square Enix will also add Final Fantasy XII: The Zodica Age to Game Pass in February, which is one of the many series instalments promised back in 2019.
At X019 in November 2019, the platform holder announced that ten games from the Final Fantasy series would be joining Xbox Game Pass during the following year.
Still missing from the X019 list is Final Fantasy X: HD Remastered, Final Fantasy X-2: HD Remastered, Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIII-2, and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, though the games are available to purchase individually.
In a statement issued last month, Microsoft indicated that the remaining titles would arrive on Game Pass “in 2021 and beyond.”
Leaving Game Pass on February 15 is De Blob (Console), Ninja Gaiden II (Console) and World of Horror (PC), as well as Shadows of the Damned (EA Play/Console) on February 16.
