Fall Guys is adding a new level and 40 variations in its mid-season update
Plus new DLC and costumes
Mediatonic has teased an upcoming mid-season update for Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout.
Fall Guys Season 3, Winter Knockout, launched on December 15, introducing seven new rounds, fresh obstacles and dozens of costumes.
Its mid-season update will include a brand-new level, 40 variations to existing courses, plus new DLC and costumes, according to the game’s Twitter account.
Mediatonic also released mid-season updates during each of the game’s first two seasons, remixing existing courses and more.
Fall Guys publisher Devolver Digital said this month that it has “no plans” to bring the title to Xbox Game Pass.
The company issued a statement on the matter after the official Xbox Game Pass Instagram account suggested Fall Guys was set to join Microsoft’s subscription service.
Fall Guys released for Steam and PS4 in August 2020, with the console version available for free to PlayStation Plus members that month.
The game quickly became the most downloaded PS Plus title of all time and has sold over 11 million copies on PC, according to developer Mediatonic.
Shortly after Fall Guys released for PS4 and PC, Mediatonic said it would “love” to bring the colourful last man standing game to other platforms in the future.
