Dishonored studio unevils Deathloop

The developer responsible for the Dishonored games and Prey has shown off its latest title, Deathloop.

The debut trailer for Arkane Studios‘ new game was played during publisher Bethesda‘s E3 2019 conference.

Set in a lawless island called Blackreef, the first-person action game stars Colt and Juliana, two assassins trying to kill each other.

The game’s main mechanic is the ability to ‘loop’ time and keep playing the same sequence over and over, trying different ways to approach each situation.

Players will also have to find and kill other targets around the island in an attempt to escape their endless cycle.

A release date has yet to be confirmed.
