We have some fixes on some existing bugs (not ones reported to us as those werent bugs, but they were close!) But we did find some other items affecting them.

Hoping this comes in our next hotfix.
A Diablo 4 Sorcerer hotfix is coming in Season 4
It’s not clear what the fix is targeting
A Blizzard employee has publicly acknowledged that a hotfix for the Sorcerer class in Diablo 4 is in the works.
Adam Fletcher, the game’s Global Community Development Director, responded to a tweet from a player late on Thursday to confirm that fixes for “existing bugs” relating to the well-received ARPG’s spell-slinging class could arrive with the game’s next hotfix.
The surprise announcement comes after a player suggested that “damage is way too low…” for the class—a common complaint since the game’s launch early last year—and that modifiers like “Stormwell and other aspects” were potentially not having their effects applied.
According to X user TekkenJIN, the issues were leading to lacklustre performance in the season’s new endgame loot-filled dungeon, ‘The Pit’.
In the replies, Adam Fletcher stated, “We have some fixes on some existing bugs (not ones reported to use as those weren’t bugs, but they were close!)” before continuing to clarify that “…we did find some other items affecting them.”
Mr. Fletcher didn’t shed any light on what issues the proposed fixes would address, nor did he give a timeframe for when they would be patched into the game.
Despite the game’s recently released fourth season ‘Loot Reborn’ being well-received by players, feedback online suggests that players still aren’t happy with how the game’s magic-wielding class is performing.
When Diablo 4 launched last year, players found it hard to stay alive as a lone Sorcerer. Common complaints related to the class’s lack of survivability. Its low damage output also saw most enemy encounters become punishingly drawn-out battles.
Blizzard has worked to rectify the issues since launch, but even with the new season’s reworked loot system, complaints about the Sorcerer class are still common on online message boards and social media platforms.
The tweet goes a way to confirm that things are being looked into, but players of the class are still non-the-wiser about when fixes might arrive, or what exactly they’ll target.
