Destroy All Humans remake announced
Alien invasion game coming to consoles and PC in 2020
THQ Nordic has announced Destroy All Humans for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
Coming out next year, it’s a remake of the action-adventure game of the same name released on PS2 and the original Xbox in 2005.
Players take on the role of alien Crypto, who invades earth in 1959 on a mission to save his species from extinction.
An Amazon product listing for the title reads: “Enjoy Crypto’s unique weaponry like the Anal Probe Gun. Pose as pathetic humans to infiltrate their fragile democracy. Use psychokinesis to send enemies flying or bombard them with random objects.”
It also says the game will include “the restored, much-rumored, never before seen: Lost Mission of Area 42”.
THQ Nordic CEO Lars Wingefors recently said the publisher has 80 games in development.
Earlier this week, the company announced Darksiders Genesis, a top-down action-RPG set for release later this year on consoles, PC and Google Stadia.
