December’s PlayStation Plus Game Catalog and Classics titles are now available

Including Far Cry and Yakuza games, Ridge Racer 2 and Heavenly Sword

December’s PlayStation Plus Game Catalog and Classics titles are now available

December’s PlayStation Plus Game Catalog and Classics titles have been released.

Unlike December’s PlayStation Plus Essential games, which are available for all members to claim, Game Catalog’s downloadable PS4 and PS5 titles are only available to players who subscribe to the service’s Extra and Premium tiers.

This month’s additions, which are listed in full below, include several Far Cry and Yakuza games, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor and Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, and WWE 2K22.

PlayStation Plus Premium also offers a selection of PS1, PS2 and PSP games to download, and PS3 games via cloud streaming.

December’s additions to the Classics Catalog include Ridge Racer 2 (PSP), Heavenly Sword (PS3), Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus (PS1) and Pinball Heroes (PSP).

All of the games listed below will be made available to subscribers beginning today, except for WWE 2K22 which will be added on January 3, 2023.

December’s PlayStation Plus Game Catalog and Classics titles are now available

December’s PlayStation Plus Essential games are Mass Effect Legendary Edition (PS4), Biomutant (PS5/PS4) and Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition (PS5/PS4).

Sony confirmed in November that the number of PlayStation Plus subscribers had dropped by nearly two million since the service underwent a revamp in early June, which is when it introduced its current three tier structure.
