Death Stranding and Control lead 2020 BAFTA Games nominations
Disco Elysium, Outer Wilds and Modern Warfare also have strong presence
Death Stranding and Control lead the nominations for the 2020 BAFTA Games Awards, which were revealed on Tuesday.
The Kojima Productions and Remedy titles each have 11 nominations.
Indie hits Disco Elysium (7), Outer Wilds (5) and Untitled Goose Game (4) also have a strong presence, along with big budget releases Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (5) and Luigi’s Mansion 3 (4).
Foam Sword’s Knights and Bikes has also received three nominations, while Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice takes four.
The 2020 BAFTA Games Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, April 2. Death Stranding director Hideo Kojima is set to receive the BAFTA Fellowship.
