Days Gone will run at up to 60fps with dynamic 4K on PlayStation 5.
SIE Bend Studio also confirmed on Tuesday that saves will be transferrable from PS4 to PS5.
Days Gone headlined October’s Halloween-themed PlayStation Now update, joining the subscription service until January 5, 2021.
Sony recently confirmed that SIE Santa Monica Studio’s God of War and Sucker Punch Productions’ Ghost of Tsushima will also be playable at up to 60fps on PS5, with PS4 saves transferable to the next-gen console.
Last month the platform holder released a small list of PS4 games not playable on PS5.
It also explained how game transfers and game saves work between PS4 and PS5. Transferring PS4 saves to the PS5 version of the same game is down to individual developers, meaning the ability to do so will vary title by title.
Select PS4 games will benefit from the PS5 console’s Game Boost, which may make PS4 games run with a higher or smoother frame rate.
