Days Gone and MediEvil join PlayStation Now in October’s Halloween-themed update
Friday the 13th, Trine 4, and Rad also added to the subscription service
Sony has revealed October’s new PlayStation Now games.
Days Gone headlines this month’s Halloween-themed update, joining the subscription service until January 5, 2021.
October’s other new titles are MediEvil, Friday the 13th: The Game, Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince, and Rad.
PlayStation Now’s software library includes more than 300 PS4 titles which can be downloaded and played on a PS4 console, and over 700 PS2, PS3 and PS4 games streamable to PS4 or PC.
Sony slashed PlayStation Now prices in October 2019 in a bid to be more competitive with rival streaming services. It also began adding “blockbuster” games each month, which are available for a limited time.
This year’s new PlayStation Now arrivals include Control, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Spider-Man, Just Cause 4, Rainbow Six Siege, The Evil Within 2, Metro Exodus, Dishonored 2, Watch Dogs 2, Street Fighter V, and Hitman 2.
PlayStation Now had over 2.2 million subscribers as of April 2020, according to Sony – up from one million in October 2019.
October’s PlayStation Plus games, Need for Speed: Payback and Vampyr, are also available from today.
