Cross-platform shooter Rogue Company gets first gameplay trailer
Shooter coming to the Epic Games Store and consoles this summer
Publisher Hi-Rez Studios and developer First Watch Games have released a gameplay reveal trailer for Rogue Company.
The third-person, team-based shooter will support cross-platform play on Xbox One, PS4, Switch and PC (Epic Games Store) “in smooth, 60 FPS across the board” when it releases this summer.
As a member of Rogue Company, a secretive vigilante group tasked with solving the planet’s deadliest missions, the game sees players competing online in various PVP modes set in “iconic” locations.
“We’re tired of grown-up shooters being overly serious”, says executive producer Chris Larson. “Rogue Company matches a modern, high-style universe with tight, tactical action gameplay.”
“Rogue Company will constantly update and evolve with the community,” adds creative director Scott Zier. “Rogue Company’s planned updates include new game modes, maps, weapons, gadgets, in-game events, and playable mercenaries.
“From game balance to game modes, player feedback will help us develop the next best multiplayer shooter.”
