Control hits Xbox Game Pass for PC on January 21
Title already available with Game Pass for console and Android
Control will be released on Xbox Game Pass for PC on January 21, Microsoft has confirmed.
Remedy’s supernatural action adventure game joined Game Pass for console and Android in late 2020.
It will also launch digitally for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S on February 2, ahead of a physical next-gen release on March 2.
Titles added to Game Pass earlier in January include eFootball PES 2021 Season Update (console and Android), Injustice 2 (console, PC and Android), The Little Acre (console and Android), Neoverse (PC), Torchlight III (console and Android), What Remains of Edith Finch (PC) and YIIK: A Postmodern RPG (PC).
The Medium (console and PC) will be available on Game Pass when it releases on January 28 following a short delay.
As of November 10, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers on console get an EA Play membership at no additional cost, granting members unlimited access to full versions of selected EA back catalogue games.
EA Play was originally due to be added to Xbox Game Pass for PC on December 15 but its introduction was delayed to 2021 at the last minute.
“We established this partnership with Electronic Arts because they are as passionate as we are about helping people and communities discover great games, and we knew we could provide a great experience for members by working together,” Microsoft said at the time. “In order to deliver on that, we need more time to provide the Xbox Game Pass experience.”
