Capcom is seeking feedback on potential Dragon’s Dogma 2 DLC
Players asked what additional content they’d like to see and how much they’d be willing to pay for it
Capcom is seeking feedback on Dragon’s Dogma 2 following the game’s release last week.
Notably, the company is using a newly launched survey to gauge interest in additional content for the game.
It asks players what kind of DLC they’d like to see released for Dragon’s Dogma 2.
Players are also asked how much they’d be willing to pay for DLC, with options ranging from up to $10/£10/€10 to over $50/£50/€50.
The survey is open until April 21, and Capcom says participants will receive an original digital wallpaper.
While Dragon’s Dogma 2 received glowing pre-release reviews, it was criticised upon its release last Friday after players discovered there were 21 separate DLC purchases available on day one.
Disappointment appeared to stem largely from the fact that some of the DLCs were things that players felt should be easier to obtain in-game for free.
Earlier this week, Capcom detailed some of its planned updates for Dragon’s Dogma 2, which are expected to be released in “the near future”.
These includes the ability to start a new game when existing save data is already present, and changing the number of Art of Metamorphosis items available to buy at Pawn Guilds to 99.
The console versions of the game will also be adding options to toggle motion blur and ray tracing, as well as the option to set the game’s frame rate to either variable (which it currently is) or to a 30fps cap.
