Call of Duty: Vanguard’s 20 multiplayer maps have been datamined
The latest shooter entry will include multiple World of War map remakes
Call of Duty: Vanguard’s 20 multiplayer maps have seemingly been revealed via a datamine of the ongoing multiplayer beta.
According to a known dataminer sharing his findings on Reddit, Vanguard will include 20 multiplayer maps, as well as a Zombies map and four Champions Hill game mode arenas.
Developer Sledgehammer Games previously said that Vanguard’s multiplayer offering would include 20 maps available at launch including 16 “built for core gameplay”.
In addition, the datamine reportedly unearthed the names of several new games modes including “Arms Race”, “Control“, “Crawl”, “Minefield” and “Patrol”.
The game’s six launch operators reportedly include Beatrice (French), Constanze (Latin), Solange (French/Latin), Shigernori (Japanese), Padmavati (Hindi) and Halima (Arabic). There are four further operators (Lewis, Francis, Isabella and Liu) planned for Vanguard.

Vanguard’s new multiplayer features include an advanced Gunsmith and Caliber system, and the next generation of the 2v2 Gunfight mode first introduced in Modern Warfare; Champion Hill.
The cross-play Call of Duty: Vanguard multiplayer beta kicked off on Thursday. For the first 48 hours the beta will be available for all PlayStation users, and for Xbox (Xbox Live Gold required) and PC players who have pre-ordered the upcoming shooter.
The beta will then open up to all players on all platforms (no Xbox Live Gold required) from September 18-20.
