Call of Duty Vanguard multiplayer is currently free for one week
Players can try out the game’s entire multiplayer experience
Activision has launched a new Call of Duty Vanguard multiplayer free access period.
While previous free access promotions have included a selection of Vanguard’s multiplayer content, the latest one includes the game’s entire online experience.
It’s running now through 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm BST on May 24.
Call of Duty Vanguard and Warzone Season 3, which is called Classified Arms, launched on April 27.
Vanguard introduced a new multiplayer map called Mayhem, which is set in a 1950s monster movie set, while Warzone’s ongoing Operation Monarch event unleashed King Kong and Godzilla on Caldera.

Activision held its first ever two-week-long free multiplayer trial for a Call of Duty game between March 30 and April 13.
The publisher has reportedly decided to delay next year’s Call of Duty game, which would mark the first time in nearly 20 years that the series has skipped an annual release.
According to a Bloomberg report published in February, the company opted to push back the release of a new Treyarch-led game after last year’s Vanguard failed to meet expectations, “leading some executives to believe that they’re introducing new versions too rapidly”.
Call of Duty Warzone 2 details allegedly leaked online this week, including plans to bring the battle royale closer to its predecessor, Black Out 4’s Blackout.
