Batman: Arkham Trilogy for Nintendo Switch gets an October release date

Batman: Arkham Trilogy will be released for Switch on October 13, Nintendo has confirmed.

It was announced in June that the compilation of Rocksteady’s celebrated Batman games Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and Arkham Knight would hit Nintendo’s console this fall/autumn.

Bundled with all previously released DLC, it will mark the first time the series has appeared on Switch.

The trilogy is being developed for Nintendo’s console by Turn Me Up Games, which previously handled Switch versions of It Takes Two, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, and Borderlands Legendary Collection.

In April, the release of Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League was delayed to next year.

In a statement, the studio said the game had been pushed from its previously scheduled May release to February 2, 2024.

“We have made the tough but necessary decision to take the time needed to work on getting the game to be the best quality experience for players,” it said.

“Thank you to our amazing community for the continued support, patience and understanding. There is much more to share in the months ahead and we look forward to seeing you in Metropolis next year.”
