Assassin’s Creed Origins has been dated for Xbox Game Pass
It will join the service in early June, as will For Honor: Marching Fire Edition
Xbox Game Pass release dates for Assassin’s Creed Origins and For Honor: Marching Fire Edition have been revealed.
For Honor: Marching Fire Edition will join the subscription service on June 1 and Assassin’s Creed Origins will arrive on June 7. They’ll be followed by Shadowrun Returns on June 21.
The release dates were confirmed via the Game Pass ‘coming soon’ section on Xbox consoles.
Microsoft said in mid-April that Assassin’s Creed Origins and For Honor: Marching Fire Edition would hit the service in the next two months.
Assassin’s Creed Origins will join the Game Pass library for cloud, console, and PC via the Ubisoft Connect app.
Ubisoft will also bring For Honor: Marching Fire Edition to PC via Ubisoft Connect, and upgrade to the Marching Fire Edition for cloud and console.
Assassin’s Creed Origins is expected to receive a patch next week which will allow the game to run at 60fps when played on Xbox Series X/S and PS5 via backwards compatibility.
