Apple Arcade launches early for some users with 50+ games
Subscription service officially available from Thursday
Apple Arcade has reportedly gone live early for some iOS users, featuring over 50 games.
While the $4.99/£4.99 subscription service doesn’t officially launch until Thursday September 19, 9to5Mac reports it’s already been made available to selected users running the iOS 13 or iOS 13.1 public beta.
Those able to participate can select the ‘Arcade’ tab from the App Store and choose the option to ‘Try it free,’ enabling them to launch a one-month free trial.
Apple Arcade launch details were announced during a special Apple event at the company’s Cupertino headquarters in September.
