Annapurna Interactive has delayed Twelve Minutes, Last Stop and The Artful Escape

Annapurna Interactive has delayed the releases of Twelve Minutes, Last Stop and The Artful Escape.

Originally expected to arrive this year, the three titles will now launch in 2021.

“They’ve all come together throughout the year and it’s pretty much polishing at this point,” the publisher said on Wednesday.

Revealed during Microsoft’s E3 2019 conference, Twelve Minutes is an interactive thriller about a man trapped in a time loop. It has a star-studded Hollywood cast featuring James McAvoy, Daisy Ridley and Willem Dafoe.

Last Stop is the new narrative adventure from Virginia creators Variable State. It’s a single-player third-person title set in present day London, where players step into the shoes of three characters whose worlds collide as a supernatural crisis unfolds.

Bowie-inspired 2D adventure platformer The Artful Escape sees teenage guitar prodigy Francis Vendetti embarking on a psychedelic, multidimensional journey on the eve of his first performance.

Annapurna Interactive was named VGC’s 2019 Games Publisher of the Year.

The Hollywood-based company has released a host of critically acclaimed titles since it was established in 2016, including What Remains of Edith Finch, Florence, Outer Wilds and Sayonara Wild Hearts.
