An Epic Games Store spring showcase event is scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 11.

A Twitch stream kicking off at 11am PT/2pm ET/7pm GMT promises to deliver “a curated collection of exciting new announcements, gameplay, developer insights and more”.

Launching alongside the event and running for two weeks will be the Epic Games Store Showcase Sale.

Featured discounts will include Star Wars: Squadrons (40% off), SnowRunner (up to 40% off), Cyberpunk 2077 (10% off), Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (up to 20% off) and Hades (20% off).

Epic claimed in January that the Epic Games Store had attracted over 160 million PC users since its launch in December 2018.

It said daily active users rose 192% to 31.3 million in 2020, with peak concurrent users reaching 13 million, compared to seven million in 2019.
