How do I redeem codes in Zenless Zone Zero?

While we won’t know exactly how to use redeem codes in ZZZ until the game launches, we can use the studio’s other games to get an idea of how it’ll likely to work:

• Launch Zenless Zone Zero.
• Clear the tutorial or reach a specific rank.
• Open the Zenless Zone Zero redeem page site.
• Enter your UID or log in.
• Select your character nickname.
• Enter a working ZZZ code.
• Complete the Capcha.
• Click Confirm.

If that all goes according to plan, you should find your free Zenless Zone Zero items and currencies in the in-game mailbox. You may need to reboot the game if you were logged in at the time of redemption.

There’s also a chance you’ll be able to access the code redeem page through a simple button in-game on Android and PC. This will likely bypass the need to manually enter your UID or log in.

On iOS/iPad, however, you’ll need to use the redeem page on your device’s web browser. Apple doesn’t typically allow games to have in-game code redeem options.

New codes typically drop with each livesteam event a week or so before a major patch. They can also occassionally drop for other reasons: like App Store chart rankings, award wins, as apologies for issues, or around the game’s launch.

The first set of coes is likely to drop on June 28, 2024 during the pre-release program.
