How to activate the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower
In order to activate the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and expand your map, you’ll need to explore the area in front of the tower until you find a well.
Jump inside the well, and after knocking through a rock wall, you’ll discover a character who’s become locked inside after activating a trap.
Elmerson will tell Link that in order to free him, you’ll need to activate a switch on the other side of the bars. You can’t reach it from here, so you’ll want to use the Ascend ability to return to the Tower entrance.
Now, you’ll want to head directly south from the tower until you reach the very summit.
Here you should be able to find a cave, Pola Foothills Excavation Site, located at coordinates 0607, -2206, 0053.
Once inside, you’ll simply need to activate the switch, either by standing on it or by placing a rock, in order to free Elemerson.
Elmerson will then reward the player with 50 rupees and return to the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower entrance.
Ascend back up, and he would’ve activated the tower, where players can expand the map on their Purah Pad.
