The new Warzone map, Urzikstan, has been long-awaited by Call of Duty players desperate to try out new weapons in a brand new battle royale environment.

The new era of Warzone is set to kick off soon, and we have all of the details below, including when you can expect to start playing the new Warzone map, and what loadouts you should be using.

Warzone Season 1: When does Warzone Season 1 start?

Warzone Season 1 will be released on December 6, 2023.

The new Warzone season will begin with a brand-new map, Modern Warfare 3 movement mechanics and Modern Warfare 3 guns.

We don’t have an exact time when the update will be released which adds the new map, but check back and we’ll update our guide as soon as Sledgehammer provides information on the new Warzone Map release time.

Warzone Season 1: New Warzone Map

The new Warzone map is called Urzikstan, and players can already visit it.

The new map has been part of Modern Warfare 3 since launch, as it’s also the Zombies map.

Players looking for a preview of what to expect in Warzone, then, can jump into a game of Zombies and begin exploring.

We currently don’t know if any changes will be made to the map in time for the full release.
