Warzone Best Stoner 63 loadout guide – Season 3 Reloaded
Follow our guide to create the best Stoner and win Warzone matches
Welcome to our guide to the best Stoner 63 loadout for Season 3 Reloaded, which will help you assemble the best LMG for Cold War and Call of Duty’s latest version.
Light machine guns aren’t used very often in Warzone, mostly because they slow you down (both in terms of run speed and ADS). However, the Stoner 63 LMG is an excellent option thanks to its incredible low recoil, range and high damage output.
If you equip the right attachments, the Stoner’s slow speed is more than made up with by its other benefits – and there are plenty of attachments you can use to tweak it to your play style.
It’ll never be as mobile as a submachine gun, but that doesn’t mean you should overlook this weapon. With that in mind, here are the best Warzone Stoner 63 loadouts.

Warzone Best Stoner loadouts: Season 3 Reloaded
In this article we’ll detail the best Stoner 63 loadouts for:
- Best Stoner loadout: Medium range
- Best Stoner loadout: Long range
- Best Stoner loadout: All-round
Best Stoner loadout: Medium range
- Muzzle: Suppressor
- Barrel: 16” SOR Cut Down
- Optic: Hawksmoor
- Stock: SAS Combat Stock
- Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap
The Stoner 63 excels from afar, but before getting to that build, let’s go over a loadout you can use at medium range first. This loadout will prioritize speed, ADS times, and mobility.
First up, go with the Suppressor Muzzle so that you remain off the minimap when firing. Normally, you’d want to use the Agency Suppressor for increased recoil control and bullet velocity, but since this build is meant for closer range, you’ll want to use the Suppressor to preserve your ADS speeds.
Next, equip the 16” SOR Cut Down Barrel, which will improve your ADS firing move speed and hip fire move speed. This will, again, help when taking on opponents at close to medium range. After that, you’ll always want to use an Optic with the Stoner 63. With the medium range build, we like the Hawksmoor, but go with whatever you’re comfortable with. You won’t need a ton of magnification since this loadout isn’t meant for long range.
Follow that up with the SAS Combat Stock, for increased firing movement speed, aim walking movement speed, and ADS firing movement speed. All of this will help you when taking on enemies at close to medium range.
Finally, we advise going with the Serpent Wrap, which improves ADS speeds. As you can see, this build is all about movement. Thanks to the weapon’s low recoil, even in its base form, you can get away with decking this thing out for mobility, rather than accuracy. Though keep in mind, it’ll never feel as lightweight as an assault rifle.
Best Stoner loadout: Long range
- Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
- Barrel: 21.8” Task Force
- Optic: Visiontech 2x (or Axial Arms 3x)
- Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
- Ammunition: 120 Rnd
Having said all that, you’ll find the Stoner 63 to be exceptional at long range. When building the weapon for range, you’ll want to slap on the Agency Suppressor Muzzle. This will keep you off the minimap when firing, but will also improve your vertical recoil control, bullet velocity, and damage range, all of which are ideal for long range battles.
Then, we highly recommend the 21.8” Task Force Barrel. This will improve your damage range, bullet velocity, and strafe speed, which will help you take down enemies from afar. It does, unfortunately, negatively impact your recoil control, but thanks to the benefits of the Agency Suppressor, it will balance out.
After that, we once again recommend using an Optic. Since this is meant for range, it’s a good idea to go with the Visiontech 2x or even the Axial Arms 3x, which will allow you to see your enemies better.
To help with recoil control, you should equip the Field Agent Grip Underbarrel. At range, you’ll notice the benefits of this attachment, so don’t skip it. Finally, we advise using the 120 Rnd Ammunition type, to help you eliminate multiple enemies from afar. Normally, we wouldn’t advise using additional ammo since it does penalize your ADS speeds, but with this loadout, you should have enough distance from your enemies to safely reload and aim down sights before popping out of cover.
Best Stoner loadout: All-round
- Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
- Barrel: 21.8” Task Force
- Optic: Visiontech 2x (or Axial Arms 3x)
- Stock: SAS Combat Stock
- Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
In Warzone, it’s always best to be well-equipped for as many engagement types as possible, from close quarters, to medium range, and beyond. With this Stoner 63 loadout, you’ll find a hybrid of medium and long-range builds, making it great for many situations.
Once again, start with the Agency Suppressor Muzzle for the reasons listed above. We also recommend sticking with the 21.8” Task Force Barrel for that added damage range, bullet velocity, and strafe speed.
Follow that up with an Optic, just like before – preferably something with moderate zoom like the Visiontech 2x. You can use something with more magnification if you’re comfortable, but the higher the zoom, the harder the weapon is to control at range.
For improved firing movement speed, aim walking movement speed, and ADS firing move speed, go with the SAS Combat Stock. This will help offset the weight of the Agency Suppressor, while keeping you more mobile. It won’t feel like an assault rifle, but it will certainly feel lighter than usual.
Finally, the Field Agent Grip Underbarrel is a solid choice for this loadout, thanks to its increased vertical and horizontal recoil control. The Stoner 63 is already highly stable as is, but with this attachment, it will feel like a laser beam.
From a practical sense, this loadout is the one we recommend the most, as it’ll allow you to cover more than one base during the heat of battle. With the Stoner 63, it’s best to play to its strengths, so we advise building it for range, while mitigating some of the slowdown that comes with an LMG.
