Warzone 2 Sea Treasure Tokens: How to use Sea Treasure Tokens
How to use Sea Treasure Tokens in Warzone 2
Sea Treasure Tokens are a new mechanic in Warzone 2.0’s new season, specifically on the Ashika Island map.
While you may have encountered plenty of Sea Treasure Tokens, you may not be entirely sure what they are used for at first.
Thankfully, we have created this guide to explain to you how Sea Treasure Tokens work in Warzone 2.0.
What are Sea Treasure Tokens?
You can find Sea Treasure Tokens in many locations around the map. They can be found as floor loot, so anywhere that normal loot spawns, but you have the best chance of finding them in blue chests, another new addition to the game.
These blue supply chests are unique as they are reusable, meaning that if you wait long enough, they’ll refill themselves, increasing your chance of a Sea Treasure Token.
How to use Sea Treasure Tokens
After you’ve collected some Sea Treasure Tokens, you can spend them at one specific area on the map. The only place you can use Sea Treasure Tokens is in the vending machines that are scattered around the island, specifically in gas stations.
Sea Treasure Tokens can be exchanged for a random weapon, kill streak or any other item in the game. You’ll also receive some XP for your trouble.
It’s currently unclear if there’s a correlation between with amount of Sea Treasure Tokens you exchange in a vending machine and the quality of the item that you receive.
