Roblox the Haunt Games, dates, and UGC

Roblox the Haunt is the next platform-wide event that should see a multitude of popular experiences share a common theme for a couple of weeks.

Just like with Roblox the Classic and Roblox The Games, Roblox the Haunt is almost certain to award time-limited UGC. You’ll need to complete some wacky tasks in a bunch of classic and emerging Roblox experiences to get them.

What are the Roblox the Haunt games?

While we won’t have a confirmed list of games in the Roblox the Haunt event until a day or two (or even the day of), insiders and leakers have done a decent job of scouting some out ahead of time.

Here’s what we currently think will be part of the Roblox the Haunt:

• Natural Disaster Survival
• Swordburst 3
• Livetopia

Given ‘The Games’ included around 50 experiences, we’re expecting the list of The Haunt games to grow considerably by launch. Check back often to see what else has been leaked, confirmed, or teased.

When does Roblox The Haunt start and end?

The Haunt is scheduled to start on October 24 and end on November 1. That gives you a week to grind for its spooky prizes.

Spotted by Twitter user PurpleCorporat, the store page allegedly includes the event description, too. It reads:

“Welcome to Axbury Manor, where the Headless Horseman’s curse runs rampant. Snap eerie shots of your avatar while exploring various experiences and hidden corners of the event hub. Enter your wicked costumes in the contest and earn free items with a chance to win exclusive prizes.”

A theory by RBXEventHunters is that the need to “snap eerie shots” could relate to a new clip feature potentially teased by Roblox CEO David Baszucki at the Roblox Developers Conference.

What is the Roblox the Haunt UGC?

We don’t know what the UGC for the Haunt event on Roblox looks like just yet.

If it follows in the footsteps of The Games, however, we’ll at least know how to get it.

There’s a good chance Haunt UGC will require you to complete tasks in connected experiences and then complete similar collection tasks in the special Haunt experience hub. The more challenges you complete, the more UGC you’ll earn.
