There are 5 Blue Medallions to find in the farm area. This is the first merchant request that you can accept in the game. You begin this quest by picking up the blue letter, however, you can just shoot the targets and still cash in the quest.

Farm Blue Medallion 1

The first Blue Medallion is inside the first barn you see as you enter the farm area.

The second Blue Medallion is hanging off the hut that also features the typewriter for saving your game.

The third Blue Medallion is hanging in the window the large barn next to the windmill.

The next Blue Medallion is hanging off the wooden platform at the back of the windmill.

The last Blue Medallion is inside the workshed at the end of the pig pen.

WARNING: You can no longer complete this request if you progress past chapter 5, as this area of the game will be closed off, so make sure to complete this quest before then. Completing the request will reward you with Spinels that you can trade for special items at the merchant.
