Resident Evil 4 features 6 special merchant requests that require you to Destroy Blue Medallions.

The second of these Blue Medallion quests is set around the fish farm area, as well as the quarry. A few of the medallions are tricky to find, so thankfully we’ve listed the locations of all of them below.

Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallions Quarry – Fish Farm

The are 5 Blue Medallions to find in the fish farm area. Three of them are close together in the fish farm. One of them is close to the water, near the dock. The final one is in the quarry clearing.

There are three Blue Medallions close to each other in the fish farm area, the first one is hanging up in a shed.

The next Blue Medallion is under the jetty near the lakefront. You might have to walk further away from it so that you can angle your shot under the boat dock.

The third Blue Medallion is hanging under some of the wooden platforms in the fish farm.

The next Blue Medallion is close by, also in the Fish Farm, behind from planks of wood.

The final Blue Medallion is hanging up high above the quarry. It’s a bit annoying to hit, so if you have a rifle, or a slightly more accurate weapon, you may wish to switch to this.

WARNING: You can no longer complete this request if you progress past chapter 5, as this area of the game will be closed off, so make sure to complete this quest before then. Completing the request will reward you with Spinels that you can trade for special items at the merchant.
