Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallions Cliffside Ruins locations
The final Blue Medallion request is in the Cliffside Ruins, a tiny area of the map before you begin the final portion of the game. This area is just ahead of the merchant, so it’s your last opportunity to cash in your Spinels before you finish the game. Your spinels carry over into new game plus, so don’t worry if you don’t have enough for what you’re looking to buy.
Cliffside Ruins Blue Medallion 1
The first Blue Medallion is hanging above Leon as he enters the area. (We’ve already shot it in the above screenshot, but that’s where it is.)
Cliffside Ruins Blue Medallion 2
The second Blue Medallion is hanging behind some scaffolding that’s on the side of the castle.
Cliffside Ruins Blue Medallion 3
The next blue medallion is in the alcove above the ladder. You can’t miss it.
Cliffside Ruins Blue Medallion 4
Head down the ladder to the area with the several tombstones. Look out towards the sea and you’ll see one of the blue medallions hanging off of a rock.
Cliffside Ruins Blue Medallion 5
The final Blue Medallion is appropriately the most annoying one. There’s a tower high above the area with the merchant, and the Blue Medallion is hanging inside. It is extremely annoying to shoot and will likely take a few attempts, even if you aim perfectly. If you’re extremely flush with Pesatas, just use your Rocket Launcher and have done with it.
And that’s it, if you’ve followed all of these guides you’ll have collected every Blue Medallion in the game and you’ll be absolutely flush with Spinels.
