Poltchageist is a grass/ghost type Pokemon that will be introduced in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask. While the Pokemon resembles Sinistea, it isn’t related.

You can catch Poltchageist in the South East portion of the map, to the east of the main village. 

You’ll be able to find Poltchageist at night, usually next to the bamboo groves in the area. Poltchageist is small, so you have to pay attention when you’re hunting for Poltchageist in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask.
