It is currently unclear on which specific date the set will be made available, but based on previous releases, we expect the set to go live at some point during the week of March 10.

Strangely, at the time of writing this guide, the Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions Super-Premium Collection is currently deeply discounted at Walmart. The set, which as previously mentioned, should retail for $89.99 has instead been posted on the Walmart website for $59.95.
Not only is this strange due to the rarity of Pokemon Trading Card Game products being discounted before they are released, but considering the lack of stock of the Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions set so far, and the difficulty which retailers have had getting more stock of the set, it’s shocking to see it discounted.
The caveat to this is that although the Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions Super-Premium Collection is discounted at Walmart currently, the set has never went up for pre-order on the site, so as of yet, it’s unclear if Walmart will stick to this price when the set goes on sale. We expect the Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions Super-Premium Collection to remain at its current expected retail price of $89.99, but we will update this guide should that change.
