Funko Fusion – How to unlock Chucky

Funko Fusion is out now, offering a bunch of cameo characters from more than 20 movie and TV universes.

One of the most popular characters in the game is Chucky, the tiny killer doll from the Child’s Play movies.

The problem is, however, that the game doesn’t make it very clear how to unlock Chucky.

The method involves travelling through a bunch of stages in the game, and can be quite complicated.

In this guide, then, we explain how to start the Chucky mission, and where to find him in order to unlock him as a playable character.

Funko Fusion – Where is Chucky?

First of all, we’d recommend finishing the game first, because unlocking Chucky involves having access to all seven of the main worlds in the game.

Once you’ve done this, go to the Hot Fuzz world and enter level 4 (Aisle Four Uproar).

At the end of the level you’ll see a card reader for a Cameo Quest, but you need a card for it. Head to the room with the Crown in it, but don’t collect the crown – instead, look for a room off to the side, which contains a purple chest.

Open this purple chest to get the card, then take it back to the card reader to access a warehouse area with Good Guy doll boxes. One of these boxes is wobbling, interact with it and Chucky will pop out.

You now have 30 seconds to damage Chucky enough until he stops to talk to you. He’ll then disappear – you now have two minutes to find him again. He’ll be hiding in a bin or a box, usually nearby to where you last found him. Just look for the one that’s wobbling.

Interact with the wobbly bin or box and Chucky will burst out again, giving you another 30 seconds to beat him. This process will repeat a couple of times until he eventually gives up and tells you he’s off to visit other worlds.

This now triggers the mission, and makes Good Guy boxes appear in other stages in the game.

Funko Fusion – Chucky Locations

Once you’ve found Chucky in the Hot Fuzz world and found him in enough bins and boxes to make him leave, Good Guy boxes will start appearing in other worlds.

Once you find the box, the routine is the same – beat him within 30 seconds, then find him in a nearby bin or box within two minutes, then repeat until he gives up.

Once you’ve found and defeated Chucky in all six locations, you’ll finally beat him and unlock him as a playable character.

Here’s the six locations where you’ll find the other Chucky boxes:

• Battlestar Galactica – Level 3
• The Thing – Level 1
• The Mummy – Cameo Level (found in Masters of the Universe level 3)
• Five Nights at Freddy’s – Cameo Level (found in Scott Pilgrim level 3)
