How to catch the Turkey in Fisch
Gobble gobble goes the fish
New for UPD 2 and Fischgiving is the Fisch Turkey—a limited-time bit of poultry floating about in the Roblox oceans.
With a chocked bestiary, not knowing the best place to catch the Turkey in Fisch means you risk a complete index should the creature go away at the end of the holidays. Here’s what we know about snagging this elusive bird.
Where to catch the Turkey in Fisch
It seems as if the best place to fish the Turkey is by the Waterfall in the Ancient Isle at GPS coordinates 5784, 135, 407.
If you approach the island while it’s between the Swamp and Ice islands, you should come in from the front. From this angle, you’ll see the waterfall in question as you approach the island, with most preferring to moor their ships to the right.
Ride the zipline left of the popular boat spot and head back a little to reach the waterfall.
Xiphactinus are the main catch here according to the Fish Radar, but numerous players reporting reeling in the Turkey while aiming for it.
We actually found ours in the Great Hammerhead Shark waters using Minnow as bait. It took a whole day/night cycle to come across it, but that’s where we found it.
At the end of the day, the Turkey seems to be catchable in multiple locations. It’s potentially available absolutely everywhere, with players finding it more often in the waterfall simply due to them congregating there for its arrival in UPD 2, naturally boosting success rates.
For now, there’s no reason prove or deny the idea that you can catch the Fisch Turkey anywhere in the game, with each spot likely having very similar catch rates for the limited-time UPD 2 find.
Catch a turkey and the Fischgiving guy on Moosewood won’t bat an eyelid. He doesn’t care. Just sell it. It’s worth anywhere from 1,000–10,000$C depending on weight. The average is good for around 2,000–3,000C$.
