All Totem locations in Fisch
From cheap and easy Tempest Totems and popular Sundial Totems to totems for the mega millionaire fischers like the Aurora Totem, we’ve detailed where to buy each and every one of them.
Where to buy the Tempest Totem
Good for fishing up a certain Vertigo fish or for giving you an advantage against the Megalodon with a Storming rod, you’ll find the Tempest Totem tucked away in an air pocket beneath Terrapin Island.
To find the pocket, just pull up to the main port. On the left side, you should see a small cliff near the surface with a couple of barrels on it.
From there, dive down into the water and through the large opening. Swim up at the end to reach an air pocket, where you should spot the Tempest Totem sitting by. Interact to purchase it for 2,000C$
You shouldn’t need the Diving Gear to reach the spot, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.
Where to buy the Sundial Totem
Typically used to speed through days to trigger the Megalodon event or an Eclipse for the Ancient Archives, Sundial Totems can be fittingly found in Sunstone Island’s Sunstone Cave.
To reach it, pull into the Sunstone Island harbor. Hop across the water and climb the long ladder up to where Rhea is perched.
From there, you can either head left to Merlin or right. At the very end of the right path, drop down slightly and you’ll find the small entrance to Sunstone Cave between the rocks.
The entrance to the cave uses the same rock texture as the surrounding area, which can make the opening blend in. It’s there. Just drop down and look around. Fish in the water with a low-tier rod for some easy crates while you’re there.
Where to buy the Windset Totem
Generally used to catch wind-specific fish or to make the most of the Wind enchantment on a rod, you’ll find the Windset Totem in Snowcap Island’s very own Snowcap Cave.
You can reach this one in two ways: via a path around the outside of the cave, or by climbing the inside of the cave.
For the outside path, climb the rocks behind the Merchants house until you see a path continuing up to a pond. Take the path beneath it with the streetlamps around the edge of the island.
Enter the cave through the entrance on your left after the tree. Drop down the ladder and the Windset Totem will be facing you.
For the alternate route, take the left path around the Merchant’s house to find the entrance to Snowcap Cave on your right. Once inside, climb the ladder on your left and conitnue to climb the cave via the ledges along the walls.
Continue up the walls, paths, and spikes and you’ll eventually come across the Snowset Totem on your left with a ladder to your right.
Where to buy the Smokescreen Totem
For when you want to hide in the fog, the Smokescreen Totem tucked away in Mushgrove Swamp can be your best friend.
Where to buy the Meteor Totem
You’ll need to head into Roslit Volcano to grab the Meteor totem.
From the main entrance just after Roslit’s little pond, head toward the back of the volcano’s central spire.
Jump up the rocks and to the left. Continue to scramble up the protruding rocks to continue climbing the volcano.
Just as an exit back outside presents itself, you’ll see the Meteor Totem perched in a corner on your right, practically basking in the sunlight bleeding through.
Costing considerably more than the average weather-focused totem at 75,000, it’s the only way to get gems needed to craft rods.
Once used, a Meteor Totem causes a meteor to drop at the same spot on the Ancient Isle, with a single piece of randomized loot then appearing at the centre of the impact.
Even if you don’t need the loot, getting hit by the meteor earns you a title. So you can essentially pay 75,000 to remove the dumb luck or time you’d otherwise waste waiting for someone else to trigger it.
Where to buy the Eclipse Totem
An essential shortcut to opening the Ancient Archives door, the Eclipse Totem can be found around the back of the island.
In a stroke of luck, you’ll generally want to head to the top of the island and hop down to reach the cave where it hide. Keep to the right as you descend to avoid missing it. It’s a long way back around.
At 250,000C$, it’s an incredibly expensive single-use item, but it could save you considerable time if you really need to guarantee you’re in the right place when an Eclipse comes around.
Where to buy the Aurora Totem
Great for triggering the 6x Luck Aurora Borealis event and earning a rare title, you’d better be sure you can make some good money off the back of the hefty 750,000C$ Aurora Totem.
If you think you’re ready to fish up a storm, head to the Brine Pool to put your sea dollars where your rod is.
Reaching the Aurora Totem means heading to the inner depths of the Desolate Deep. This requires standard Diving Gear and the Glider.
With those in hand, dive down at the buoy near Sunstone Island and head through the tunnel.
When you reach the two paths with the warning sign, take the right tunnel and continue on.
Resurface at the end of the tunnel to reach the wide subterranean area of the Desolate Pocket.
From there, head around the left of the central pillar to reach the town. Set your spawn here if you don’t want to make the return journey if you make a mistake.
Ride the zipline by the camp across the water. The entrance is now directly above. Use the little planks on the right side to get at high as you can.
Jump off the ledge and glide gently left and again across two small ledges and you should be able to hop up onto the top ledge and through the tunnel.
The reach the Aurora Totem, hug the left wall and you approach the opening to the Brine Pool. It’s in a teeny, tiny crack in the wall just before you go under the arch.
