How to spawn a meteor in Fisch

While Fisch has almost too many server-wide events to keep track of already, a meteor drop isn’t always one of them. You can call one in if you have the cash, or wait to be taken out by one if you’re hoping to get a cool new title.

How to spawn meteors in Fisch

Initially thought to be a man-made event, Fisch Meteors can spawn randomly like any other, or immediately if a player summons one with a Meteor Totem.

Just like how they can control the weather, the time, and the tide (in a sense) it’s up to another player to call in a meteor on a whim like it’s an air strike.

Whenever a meteor arrives, the whole server will be made aware of it. But that doesn’t mean everyone has to get on their boats and search the high seas for it.

The meteor landing spot in Fisch is always the same: due North of the Ancient Isles landing dock around coordinates 5710, 168, 622.

Rather than heading left to the grapple point to fly over the waterfall and to the main village, just walk straight on. But we shouldn’t need to explain that. Trust us, you’ll see it.

Once you’ve found a Meteor, the idea is simple: just head into it to claim its loot.

Everyone on the server should be able to claim some loot for themselves. We’ve had meteors refuse to despawn while refusing to give us our goodies, however, so there are some bugs that need to be ironed out.

So if you can’t find anything in or around the meteor, chances are you missed your chance and the thing just refuses to burn up.

How to spawn a Meteor in Fisch

Any player can spawn a meteor in Fisch by using a Meteor Totem. These can be purchased from within Roslit Volcano for 75,000C$.

What does the Meteor in Fisch do?

The Fisch meteor is a source of crafting materials for rod making. Lapiz Lazuli, Moonstone, Amethyst, Ruby, and Opal are all potential drops from the flaming space rock.

If you’re unlucky, you’ll get Anchovy instead, with the Gem Bobber being particularly rare.

Stand in the sole landing zone of a meteor as it falls to get the Extinct title. You can either wait around in the hopes one will drop, or you can call it in yourself with the Totem for a relatively cheap title unlock.
