How to hire Official Pawns in Dragon’s Dogma 2
To seek out the services of these influencer Pawn’s in Dragon’s Dogma 2, you need to be aware of their true terminology – Official Pawns. The term is reserved for more than just Pawns created by Capcom made to resemble the publisher’s other characters and properties.
To hire Official Pawns, those designed in tandem with Capcom, head to a Riftstone and interact with it to enter the Rift.
From here, interact with the Riftstone again, select the View Unique Pawns option, and then the View Official Pawns. After a little while, the list should populate with all of the official Pawns of streamers, influences, and content creators.
Hiring Official Pawns won’t cost any RC so long as the Pawn in question isn’t higher than level 10. This may change over time, so grab them as soon as possible.

Are Influencer Pawns better than regular Pawns?
From an official standpoint, Official Pawns hired in Dragon’s Dogma 2 have no special combat qualities over those made by other players.
Their display name is a different colour and they won’t cost RC to summon up to level 10. They won’t show up in rankings and leaderboards and could be removed from the game at any time.
The only stark difference between an Official Pawn and another is that you can’t change the equipment of an Official Pawn. This could lead to them becoming a liability as you level up, or potentially trivialize earlier sections of the game if they come packing high-level gear.
