Disney Dreamlight Valley miracle enchantments: How to make them and what do they do?

Disney Dreamlight Valley‘s miracle enchantments are a new addition in the game’s December update.

Taught to you by Merlin, they give you temporary boosts for your fishing rod, watering can, pickaxe and shovel.

These don’t last forever, but you can craft more and apply them whenever you like.

Here’s how they work, and the ingredients needed to craft each one.

Disney Dreamlight Valley – Miracle Fishing Bait

The Miracle Fishing Bait is a red elixir which you can apply to your fishing rod.

When you do, the next five times you fish you’ll have a higher chance of catching a rarer fish. It may also increase your chance of catching Red Algae along with it.

Once your Miracle Fishing Bait runs out, you can craft more with the following ingredients:

• 10 Vitalys Crystals
• 5 Red Algae
• 100 Dreamlight

There’s also a more powerful version called Even More Miraculous Fishing Bait, which increases your chances of catching rare fish even further. This is the stuff you want to be taking when you’re out looking for Fugu in the rain.

To make Even More Miraculous Fishing Bait, you need:

• 25 Vitalys Crystals
• 12 Red Algae
• 250 Dreamlight

Disney Dreamlight Valley – Miracle Shovel Varnish

The Miracle Shovel Varnish is an orange potion which can be applied to your shovel.

It lasts for five uses, and lets you dig up more valuable items than you usually would when you’re digging.

Once the Miracle Shovel Varnish runs out, you can craft more by using:

• 10 Vitalys Crystals
• 10 Dry Wood
• 100 Dreamlight

If you need the potion to last longer, there’s also the Even More Miraculous Shovel Varnish, which can be crafted with:

• 25 Vitalys Crystals
• 25 Dry Wood
• 250 Dreamlight

Disney Dreamlight Valley – Miracle Growth Elixir

The Miracle Growth Elixir is a light blue postion which you can apply to your watering can.

This lasts for 10 uses and lets you instantly grow anything you sprinkle it on, which is particularly useful if you need fast money. Just plant a load of pumpkins, line it up properly and voila, instant pumpkins.

It’s important to note that this only seems to work with plants that are dry, so if they’ve already been watered or it’s raining you might not get the same effect. It’s best to use it, then, when it’s dry and you’ve literally just planted something.

Once the Miracle Growth Elixir runs out you can craft more with:

• 10 Vitalys Crystals
• 10 Rich Soil
• 100 Dreamlight

There’s also the Even More Miraculous Growth Elixir, which lets you water for longer. This can be made with:

• 25 Vitalys Crystals
• 25 Rich Soil
• 250 Dreamlight

Disney Dreamlight Valley – Miracle Pickaxe Polish

The Miracle Pickaxe Polish is a purple potion which can be applied to your pickaxe.

When you do this, your pickaxe will glow purple, and for the next five uses you’ll be able to mine more gems than you usually do.

This is particularly useful when you’re looking for a specific gem to finish a quest.

Once the Miracle Pickaxe Polish runs out you can craft more with:

• 10 Vitalys Cristals
• 5 Onyx
• 100 Dreamlight

There’s also the Even More Miraculous Pickaxe Polish, which is more potent and lasts longer. This can be made with:

• 25 Vitalys Crystals
• 12 Onyx
• 250 Dreamlight
