How to get the Ken and Body Demon Piece Haki
Ken or Body Haki? Which Demon Piece life haki do you go for?
Knowing how to get a Haki in Demon Piece (and level it up) is a vital step in unlocking your true combat potential. Here’s what you’re going to want to do.
Not clued up about the One Piece lore these Roblox games borrow from? A Haki is a power-up that can greatly alter your battle tactics and potential on top of the Devil Fruit you decide to consume.
How to get a Demon Piece Haki
Here’s how to get the two currently available Haki types in Demon Piece:
How to get Observation Haki (AKA Ken Haki)
To unlock the Observation Haki in Demon Piece, you’re going to want to see Fresh. She’s an NPC you’ll find on Sandora Island around the north-west area. With a recommended level of around 150–240, you’ll have to grind high to obtain it.
Once you’ve spoken to Fresh, you’ll be put on the quest to defeat the Desert King hiding in the palace on Sandora Island. He’s on a 6-minute cooldown. If you can’t spot him, chances are he just hasn’t respawned yet.
Defeat him and return to Fresh to unlock the Observation Haki.
How to get Armament Haki (AKA Body Haki)
To unlock Armamanet Haki in Demon Piece, you’re going to want to head to the Jungle island. This level 60–100 area isn’t as dangerous as Sandora Island, making it the easier Haki to obtain.
On Jungle Island, you need to find Alphirex. He’s “behind Abu where the rock is a bit darker…” according to the Demon Piece Trello.
Speak to him to be sent on a mission to find the Armament Haki scrolls. Here’s where to find them:
- In a large blue building in Shell Town.
- Around the Dojo Teacher on Jungle Island.
- On a second-floor table outside of Baratie.
- In the cave on Windmill Village near the Bandit miniboss.
- On a wooden tower in Orange Town.
Return the Haki scrolls to Alphirex to learn the Body/Armament Haki.
What are Hakis in Demon Piece?
The two available Demon Piece Haki serve two different combat styles. When enabled, they give natural immunity to certain combat techniques, making them incredibly valuable counters to meta setups.
- Ken/Observation Haki
- Allows for automatic dodging of small attacks.
- Powerful moves like Tsunami and Raigo are unaffected, putting the Haki on a short 5-second cooldown, removing one dodge, and dealing 15% of the intended damage.
- The Haki enters a 40-second cooldown when all dodges are exhausted.
- Comes in eight different colours of equal rarity – red, green, blue, cyan, yellow, pink, purple, and orange.
- Armament/Body Haki
- Increases damage dealt based on Haki level – from 5% at level 1 to 35% by level 5.
- Allows the user to hit Logia users.
- Comes in red, yellow, green, cyan, magenta, and blue colours at a collective 10% chance.
- 10% of Rainbow colour.
- Colour shows at level 5 Haki.
How to level up Haki fast in Demon Piece
You earn EXP toward your Demon Piece Haki by defeating enemies. The level of the enemy doesn’t really matter, either. Because of this, the best way to level up your Haki in Demon Piece fast is to grind low-level mobs.
With a Logia fruit equipped, you can resist their damage. This makes killing high concentrations of low-level enemies a breeze. Just head to a place where they spawn quite close together, then either use simple attacks or wide AoE abilities to defeat them all at once.
XP gains will be slow, so it can take some time to reach level 5 Observation and Armament Haki, but it’s the easier, safest way to do it. YouTuber oGVexx has a great example of this in action.
