How to get Gohun in Anime Reborn

Looking to make the most of the first Anime Reborn update on Roblox? You’ll want to know how to get Gohun before it’s too late.
Gohun is a powerful Exclusive unit added to Anime Reborn during its first major content update. With the patch’s subtitle focusing on the new unit, it’s safe to say it’s a big deal.
How to get Gohun in Anime Reborn
As the update dropped, poor wording and a fast-moving chat channel caused some confusion as to how players could get hold of their own Gohun unit.
For a while, people were convinced that only 15,000 Gohuns could exist at any one time. This would have inevitably caused bot accounts to vacuum them up.
In reality, there is a 15,000 Gohun limit, but only on Capsules. This was likely reached shortly after the update dropped.
So while you can no longer get Gohun by opening Capsules, there’s still a way to get him: as a lucky drop.
Gohun in Anime Reborn can still be obtained as an Adventure Mode drop from Beast Hunt event stages.
To hunt for Gohun, click the Areas button on the left, select Adventure, and run the stages in the lobby you’re teleported to.
You’ll have to get lucky, however, so do what you can to increase that and be prepared to run the same content for a good long while.
Is Gohun a limited-time unit?
While classed as an Exclusive unit, Gohun isn’t a limited one, but he is technically listed as a limited-time unit.
That means he might disappear when Anime Reborn UPD 2 rolls along. You can still get him from the lone method outlined above until then.
If UPD 2 replaces the Gohun Adventure mode, the team may add a new way to obtain it; like into the standard banner with an increased rate to make him viable on the Anime Reborn tier list.
There’s every possibility he could be added to the Capsules again.
Is Gohun good in Anime Reborn?
Based on Gohan’s Beast Form power-up from the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie, which featured the grown son of Goku’s most powerful state yet, the new Anime Reborn unit is an incredibly strong Hybrid tower.
He gains a 5% damage increase for each enemy defeated. This can climb all the way to 100%, effectively doubling his strength.
This boost resets at the end of each wave. So while it can make him great for taking on bosses in later waves, his early-game effectiveness can feel so-so.
To make up for that, hitting the 100% boost cap grants Gohun a fixed 25% boost that applies for the rest of the run.
