VGC visits Forgotten Worlds, the UK’s biggest game shop

The UK’s largest retro game store is located only 20 minutes from Glasgow

This is a blog post, where VGC writers post irreverent and (occasionally) entertaining coverage of video game culture.

VGC recently visited the UK’s largest game shop, Forgotten Worlds.

Forgotten Worlds is located in Stewarton, around 20 minutes from Glasgow. The store contains retro games from across every era of gaming, including a large collection of Japanese games.

In our video, Jordan and Chris explore retro hardware, including one of Chris’s “holy grails,” and point out some of the oddities and rarities that the shop offers.

You can watch a 20-minute version of our tour below, but if you’d like to see more of Forgotten Worlds, a one-hour-long version of our adventures can be found on Patreon.com/VideoGamesChronicle.

Thanks again to Forgotten Worlds for inviting us along to the store. You can find out more about Forgotten Worlds on the shop’s Facebook page.
